New BC Custom Construction Home has radical energy cost savings
From Reed, proud new owner of a BC Custom Construction home, built 2012:
In working with BC Custom Construction using the most current energy saving techniques, we were able to reduce the utility cost of our 4,100 SF home to about $22 a month for NW Natural Gas, and $20 a month for electricity. This was through a combination of Geo Thermal (ground source heat pump), upgraded insulation, caulking (to eliminate air leaks), and duct sealing. BC Custom Construction was very helpful in exploring and implementing new and innovative energy saving techniques.
This is a great example of how BC Custom Construction listens to the individual needs of each client and builds their dream home according to their specific wants and desires.
